There are several rounds. 1, with the recruiter, 2 with the hiring manager, 3 a half-day panel of 4 rounds. Overall, the interview process is not difficult. The biggest issue is having to wait. It was 2 weeks from when the recruiter contacted me to the first meeting. Then another 2 weeks before the panel. It has now been another 2 weeks since then and has been no word. Ghosting candidates and being unresponsive to messages is a major red flag.
