There are lots of different stages and they test a wide range of skills. The competition for places are really high. Good contact with the recruiter throughout the whole process.

Initial competency based online tests, followed by group assessment centre & question & answer session, then final interview with Partner. Process took circa 3 months for grad scheme and interview questions were asking to draw on Uni/Placement experiences

Entretien
The first stage seems to be the most tricky stage, with the quiz being timed. If you can get through that, then comes the pre-recorded video interview which is easier than most companies because you can retake, after than comes some form of group assessment, which is fun, and then an interview with some managers, I think it’s a fun process in its entirety
