Went in for the interview, had all the necessary paperwork, including the availability form that they wanted me to fill out. Interview itself went fine, they were nice and seemed to like me. I had been going there for my eyebrows for years, so I felt like I was going to get the job, and I did. They called me on a Friday night, expecting me to come in the next morning at 8am for an orientation, wearing specific clothes that included a white button down, which I did not have. I wasn't actually even going to be in town that next morning, so I had a decision to make. I went to the website that they told me to register on for scheduling purposes, etc., and they had already made my schedule for the next week. This schedule included multiple days that were included on my availability form as NOT available, due to college classes I was taking at the time. It was like they didn't even look at it. This is not a career, most of their receptionists are students with busy class schedules that they seemed very willing to work around. Due to the last minute nature of the orientation that I could not even make it to, and their inability to take my schedule into consideration, I decided not to take the job. Their turnaround is so high that they are still constantly looking to hire.
