Submited a resume through craisglist ad, got called for a phone interview and then a follow-up in person interview where I was hired on the spot. The phone interview is basically a vetting process where they can hear your speaking voice, ask about your availability and see how you handle answering questions on the fly. The in-person interview is pretty standard.

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
