met with the manager of the store as well as the district manager at the starbucks next door to the office. Very casual environment, lasted about 20-30 min. after the initial interview, there was a phone interview with the franchisee

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
