The interview went fairly well, the managers seemed to love me. I had to have 2 interviews which went really good! They even said that I would make a great addition to the company. I had my second interview on a Saturday and I was told that I would know by either that Tuesday or Wednesday whether I got the job or not. Wednesday passes and I still didn’t hear from them so I decided to call in, the manager told me that she was not in her office and she’ll call me back when she gets there but I still didn’t get a call back for at least 24 hours. So I called in again was transferred to the manager but she forward my call straight to voice mail so I left a voicemail. So that makes it the second time that I called in. I told myself that I would call in one last time, so I did and was told that the manager had been really busy which I think is a fat lie. If I didn’t get the job, it’s common sense to just let me know instead of making me look dumb by calling in several times. So unprofessional. What they do is act like they love you in the interview but don’t give you the job. Stop giving people false hope.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
