Applied on line, got called a few weeks later went in next day.
I had a first interview with the main manager and it went amazing I left confident that I was going to have the job. I had been offered to go to the next interviewer a few days later
I arrived for that one early and had to wait 5 extra minutes from the time it was. When the interviewer came out late she already seemed uninterested, didn't put her hand out or introduce herself or anything like most do. Literally asked me 2 questions and that was it, ending with so and so already asked you everything.
So to me I feel like I wasn't even given a fair chance and it was weird my first interview went amazing then I went into the 2nd and it was the opposite.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
