The application process does not include a formal interview. Instead, candidates are evaluated solely on their motivation letter, though the selection committee may conduct brief phone interviews in some exceptional cases.
Contacted via e-mail before the interview to indicate day and hour in which I wuld be available. Teams interview with more recuiters. Experience verification questions and competency questions both in english and french. Very positive experience.

Spontaneous / by phone / very straight forward --> 20 minutes without preparation nor camera. Very kind and attentive interviewer. After a short presentation and Q&A, the lady said she will call me back with the response.
