I only had a Sonru interview and was not selected to go forward. During a Sonru interview the candidate gets 3-6 questions to answer with time limits. It's very impersonal and you need to remain focused and to the point and make sure you don't overstep the time limits. The whole situation is not natural and I had a trouble focusing and remain engaged without a real person sitting on the opposite end.
