Motivation letter and then a virtual call to assess my knowledge and my motivation to join the traineeship. Three people were interviewing me, it was a very nice environment and they made me feel comfortable for the entire interview

Six people were present, they briefly introduced themselves and asked a series of questions about my motivation, my skills for that particular internship and my knowledge of EU-Taiwan relations. That was followed by a question on their social media activity. The final question was an elementary level one to assess my Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
