I was in a couple calls before interviewing the team manager. The first interviews are about your skills and matching that to what they are looking for. After the first two I was told that in the next interview I would be given a subject and would be given time to present it. In the third interview the manager was there with a team member and explained more about the role and what they do. After being explained they have their people in every region that give support to the analysts when doing research about said region it was time to discuss the subject to build the presentation but instead was a couple questions without any depth or time to prepare. One of the questions is "How wold you do research about the avg. consumption per capita of chocolate in brazil?". My answers where always met with "Yeah, but no." Apparently looking for credible sources is wrong because they want all "in-house", later when asked what other thing I would do I answered that talking to someone local <as they previously mentioned they have insiders in every country> I was told no and so on. It looked more like a narrow question that no answer would be right. Like they new from the beginning that they didn't want to be there and in that case they should've just cancelled the interview.
pd. My answers where a lot more elaborate on the interview than they are down here, this is just a walkthrough of what happened.

Lack of timely communication.
I applied online and had a screening call. Interviewer said that they will get back to me within the next four days. When I didn’t hear back for two weeks, I reached out to them. At which point they rejected my application.
There were 2 rounds. 1 was a case study. 1 was market sizing. Both included personal questions. The process took less than 1 month. There were 2 rounds. 1 was a case study. 1 was market sizing.
