I have applied through the LinkedIn post of Recruiter. I have gone through 2 rounds of interview, first round is a telephonic .net technical round by the Technical head of the company. The second round is F2F with VP of the company he asked about agile and scrum based project management questions. Then the HR said that their hiring manager is on leave for 2 weeks and will get back to me once their hiring manager back from his vacation... 3 weeks later I had follow-up with the HR by sending an email and I have received a note that their hiring manager fells that I was over qualified for that position....
