Got approached on LinkedIn to have a call with a recruiter, and mentioned that I answered well and had no follow up questions. There was a little bit of hesitancy on my notice period, as they were looking for someone to immediately take on the role. They mentioned that they will get back to me that evening or tomorrow but never did, super unprofessional to ghost candidates.
