A recruiter approached me through LinkedIn and there was an initial screening round where she went through my resume after which I had a half hour phone interview with the QA director. I was then given a coding challenge followed by its assessment and face to face interview at the office location. One of the best interview experiences I've ever had; I went through multiple rounds of interview starting with a technical discussion on the coding challenge that I submitted and why & how I did what I did; asked me to write few Java programs and gave some puzzles to be solved. The panel members were very friendly. Next round was the the Development Manager and the QA director which was a mix of technical and behavioral questions, also gave insights about what the company does and a little more about my role. Final round was with the HR regarding salary, benefits and why I'd be interested to join them.
Overall, the atmosphere was great and the people are very warm which made the interview process smooth.
