Although the job was freelance, the interview process was seamless and very quick. I had two calls over zoom with the head of department and senior producer and was offered a job within a few days.
I had 4 rounds of interviews. They were all virtual. It went really well. Great process. It took about a month long. They were super communicative throughout the entire process.

I was interviewed at the company's office in Russia. There were five stages in all: hr, a test assignment, communication with the head of the brand, communication with the head of the Digital department, and an interview with a team of managers from Europe. Of course, in Russia HR always knock down the price of your future salary, and so it was with us, when all the interviews had already been passed! But otherwise everything was very energetic and without too many problems.
