Entretien
I was submitted for Estee Lauder Company in New York City twice. Once in 2018 and then in 2019 both times through an agency/recruiter each 6 month contract. In 2018 I had a phone interview where the manager raised a concern that I have been having a lot of 6 months contract roles in my resume. But the position he was hiring was also for a 6 months role. In 2019 I was called in for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by an Indian ethnic group gentleman. Once we walked into the conference room, the first question he asked was do you have kids.

Entretien
The people who interviewed me were personable, however, there was little transparency on the interview process. I had 5 interview total (including the initial phone interview) and after each interview there was a subsequent one scheduled. I, however, was never informed how many interviews total there would be and I was ultimately ghosted after the 5th interview.
