It was first introduced by one of my pre colleague, I had an interview with store manager, and then I had a group interview with the store manager and her director. The whole process was like 30 mins and just random questions. At last an interview on line.

Video interview for basic overview, then in person. Offered the job on the spot subject to in store management decisions (which was fine) overall process was ok, relatively laid back and comfortable / straightforward

Process took a bit longer than normal due to Covid 19 restrictions. Many of the employees got sick and they had to close the store due to coverage. Connected very well with the management and team.
