Really simple behavioral questions, over the phone. Simple questions about available locations and access to a car. Along with " What would you if..." scenario questions.
Revolve around customer service skills.
They pay particular attention to your ability to keep calm while dealing with customers. Over the phone and in person both have similar type of questions. When complete they get back to you very quickly.
