J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Esri (Redlands, CA) en avr. 2014
Entretien
The interview was long, but very friendly. I was walked from one Manager's office to another until everyone who wanted to interview me was complete. The experience felt more conversational than anything.Overall the process was fairly straightforward. However, I was told that they no longer interview in this fashion and that panel interviews are now the norm. The people are very friendly and understand that you are a student, so most of the questions are geared towards group projects, classes, and school involvement.

Entretien
There were 3 interviews in total. They are curious to learn about what you know about GIS, who you are as a person, they ask a lot of the generic job questions asked in interviews, and some role specific questions as well.
