I had 3 interviews before receiving the Offer. The first was with an HR representative that mostly expanded on my resume to ensure I matched the position and some behavioral questions. The second was an interview with the direct manager. It was not "technical" in that I was given tests or scenarios to code but we did get converse fairly specifically about my previous projects whose tools and implementation related to the position description. The final interview was a full work day on-site where I had probably 8 aprox. 45min interviews with a lunch break. Like the previous interview many of them went into conversational specifics but no test questions or peer programming. Everyone was very friendly the entire day and I got the strong sense by this point that the position was mine if I wanted it.

Extremely laborious and protracted interview process. Had an initial 30 minute interview, followed by a more intensive 1 hour interview, followed by a full day of 4 one hour interviews.
