Interview process was very lengthy and grueling and inconclusive. It involved a presentation and then 3 separate interviews with different team members, all separate interviews occurring at odd times of the day and about 3 weeks apart. So the entire interview process last about 3 months. You would think you do not make it to the next round and then 2 weeks later you would get a request for yet another interview. By the 3rd interview I was exhausted from the preparation and repetitive questions. Then, there was silence from them never communicating if I was successful or not or any pertinent feedback, just ghosting. That to me, was disappointing.
