I had an incredibly serene and seamless interview experience, where the hiring team placed a strong emphasis on evaluating my research skills, my capacity to drive and contribute to research projects, and my innovative potential. What stood out most during the interview was their commitment to creating a comfortable atmosphere for candidates. They went above and beyond by facilitating introductions with the team members I would potentially collaborate with.

I recently went through three rounds of interviews at Ericsson, Sweden—first with two hiring managers, then with the team, and finally with a recruiter. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing interview experiences I’ve had. Despite investing significant time and effort in the process, I received no response—even after following up via email to inquire about the status. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the recruitment process and leaves a negative impression. Based on this experience, my interest in joining Ericsson has significantly decreased. I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve its candidate experience moving forward.
