Entretien
I was recruited internally by the unit manager from another business unit. Initial contact was at a conference that we both attended. We had a couple of follow-up meetings to make sure that the person chemistry was OK. There was no discussion on salary since internal transfers most often happen without a salary revision.

My future plans. What to do next. Given my age I was open about seeking early retirement. This did not put any problem since my experience made it possible for me to be productive immediately without investing in learning time.
