The four interviews, except the last one, were very logical and courteous They asked about direct experience related to the role. The last one was very, very useless.
This Head of Cognitive Network Solutions is the type of MBA holder who is clueless about what the business actually is and will ask you questions like "Which tastes better, chicken or steak?" If you say chicken they can always say, "No it's steak," and if you say steak they can always say, "No it's chicken." It has nothing to do with Cognitive Network Solutions. Very full of themselves, asking you cornering questions:
- Tell me about your failures.
- Tell me about your disabilities.
- Tell me about things that you are not good at.
- Tell me about things that you can't do.
- Tell me about your failed marriages :D
Trying to catch/corner you cornered in a difficult spot. They never got back and said, "I'm not even accepted." Very, very unprofessional.
