Started with a phone interview, then one in-person interview with the HR person, who brought in the hiring Manager after a while. There was also a competency test that was pretty basic.

Chatted for 30mins discussing about my eligibility and status in Canada and willingness to relocate to Toronto for the internship, so I can come into the office. We also talked about what to expect in a next round of interview with the department manager.
