Entretien
I applied online, talked to a friend I knew in the company, got a phone interview then a face to face interview. I was then called back later that week with an offer. My advise would be to be honest with your resume and experience and be open with your interviewer about your experience and what you can bring to the company.

Entretien
Initial interview was over the phone. Second was in the office. First was just a general phone screen to make sure I was interested in the opportunity and I also provided a little more information about myself. Once I was in the office for the second interview it was a more formal process. I was given a behavioral interview for the most part. Asking questions on how I would react/ respond to a situation.

It is a 3 step interview process that is very much about you. The interviewer wants to get to know you and build a relationship with you rather than just rattling off facts that don't apply. The first interview they just ask questions about you because they're trying to get to know you. The second interview is trying to find your drive and motivation. The third interview involved offering you the position.
