He talked a couple of times of how, here, they keep the good people and fire ineffective people quickly. Yes it is common sense, but you don't say that to a candidate you are trying to seduce. He over-sold the position and never really asked what I wanted, what I did before. It was a short and expedited interview. I declined the offer because of this bad feeling but warmly thanked him, he never answered... Pretty typical interview process of high turnover companies.
