Initially, I met with a recruiter at a college career fair in Pennsylvania. After speaking with the recruiter and giving her a resume, she later called me to schedule a group interview with other interested about to graduate students. This entailed a presentation and went over all aspects of the job. It seemed to good to be true, they were selling the position strongly. Saying you can be making an extensive amount within 2-3 years. They called me the following week after this and asked to schedule another interview- I declined for several reasons.

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
