Phone Screening, Phone Interview, In-Person Interview
I started out talking to a recruiter from a career fair. The interview process was very straightforward and pretty easy. The interviewer missed our scheduled call the first time and had to reschedule, but was a very nice guy on the make-up interview. Same interviewer invited me to work out after the interview and I received an offer on the spot during my workout! The managers seemed very invested in making the interview process better for candidates, potentially because of some reviews that had me pretty scared prior to my positive interview experience.
Virtual and in-person interviews; virtual interview was not too bad it was a recorded interview with situational questions and multiple choice while the in-person interview was mostly a vibe check and seeing how you would take on new clients.

I had a very positive phone interview experience with Equinox. The interviewer was professional, welcoming, and respectful of my time. They asked clear, thoughtful questions about my background and gave a great overview of the role, team expectations, and the company culture. The conversation felt organized and informative, and I appreciated how transparent they were about next steps in the process. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant interview experience that reflected well on the company.
Super easy, had a round with a recruiter and then met with the manager. They were very transparent about pay and work required. I see a lot of negative reviews about pay, but at least from my experience the whole pay scale was clearly communicated and lined out.
