I applied online and they emailed me to schedule a phone interview. That week I spoke with someone from HR in regards to describing more about myself and my background/experience. I was emailed that day that they would like me to come in for an interview. I went to the HQ about 2 weeks later and met with more HR and the manager of the position. I went back one more time to meet with another manager. They were all extremely friendly and comfortable to speak with.
