Entretien
Met with about 8 people over 2 interviews. Process was pretty casual even though the meetings were with high rankings members of the team. Felt good after the first meeting and 2nd round was more formality than anything else.
Was a smooth interview process. Interviewer was friendly and shared a lot about the job requirements to ensure that the potential candidate is aware of the job scopes and the challenges ahead.

Described the direction the company is heading and their organizational goal. Informal discussions about the interviewer and their experiences. Asked a little about the applicant. Discussion about company possibilities. Discussion about possibly relocating and possible remote work.

Smooth and reasonable - HR was nice in their phone, email & face-to-face communications. The number of interviews was reasonable, and wasn't duplicative like other companies which have the same scale
