2. From manager hiring: gave a general background of duties and projects expected, asked questions about capabilities to perform certain tasks

TO ALL CANDIDATES TO CONTRACTOR POSITIONS BE AWARE. Equinix treats contractors as 3rd class citizens. I was received and interviewed in the company lobby. Two hiring managers came down from their offices to meet me in a crowded and loud lobby where I spoke with each member for about 20 minutes. So rumors of their poor contract working conditions and experiences are true.
