Interview process is mostly standard, i.e. applied online, phone followed by 2 rounds of face-to-face interviews. Questions are also mostly standard situational questions. I suspect the final decision on hiring for most positions rests with the CEO as the hiring manager hinted. After interviewing with the CEO, he came across as imperial and arrogant (red flag). Definitely not the most pleasant experience but everyone else I interviewed with was fine. Once you get the the final rounds, impressing the CEO will be the key to getting the job. But be sure to read the reviews from past employees before you consider accepting.
