The process began with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, two additional video interviews- cross functional and leadership, and concluded with an onsite. It's frustrating to go through the interview process, follow up without a response, and then get a generic rejection email a month later. I understand not every interview process leads to an offer, but I expected a bit more consideration given the time invested. Timely communication goes a long way.
