The interview was very pleasant. It lasted 30 minutes and went by quickly. The interviewer asked about me and tested my English level—even though it wasn’t a strict requirement, it still carried weight. They asked some typical screening questions, such as whether I had encountered any problems and how I solved them, as well as what I consider most important when working in a team or solving a problem.

The interviews and interviewers were fine. However, I had a bad experience with the recruiter. She preferred calls to emails (no problem with this aspect), but these calls would be scheduled or delayed within a few hours of the call. This disrupted my working schedule at my current job, as I had to move around meetings to fit her within my available hours. When I lost to another candidate, she scheduled a meeting after to discuss feedback (a nice gesture), but did not attend the meeting after I accepted the invite, and ghosted my emails, thus wasting my time.
