The recruiter quickly responded to my application and scheduled a phone screening. However, in the email scheduling the phone screen, I was told the phone screening would last 30 to 45 minutes. Then when I got on the phone screen, I was told it would only be a 20-minute conversation. I felt I responded to the questions well, but the recruiter told me it would be a month before I would get feedback since they were early in the process. I waited a month to receive an email stating Equifax was not interested in me. It would have been nice to receive that feedback sooner vs. waiting a month.
