I applied online and I had worked for exact same position in a different zone. I got a call after 2 weeks and a phone interview was set up. It lasted 30 min- a little about my background what technical qualities etc and then the manager told me about the position they were trying to fill in. Very friendly yet professional manager. I was told I will be contacted if they find me ok to proceed in 2 weeks. 3 weeks pass and no answer and I go about my own business. Then suddenly they email me and ask to come in for onsite interview. Interviewed with project manager and 1 team member and 1 sr technical team member. Very professional people nice to talk to and made me feel comfortable. 1 wk later get an email saying not hired.
