Applied online. Had been ghosted for a while, when I messaged hiring manager I instantly got an automated rejection email.. When emailing again to get some more detail about the rejection, I received a generic and poorly worded GPT generated email. Please be considerate to candidate when replying to them, offer them advice to grow. This is a terrible way to do recruitment
