The interviewer was outright the rudest person I ever met, interviewer or not. She cut me off constantly and raised her voice, spoke with a rude and demanding tone like the whole world owed her a living when I was being very polite throughout. Kept repeating the same questions just because she didn't like my answers, which is illogical because just because you don't like an answer doesn't mean it's wrong. It's an interview not a factual test of knowledge. Ridiculous that she was showing annoyance at every instance for no reason, shouting and ranting at every question and just being pissed throughout the interview like she was trying to pick a fight. I wanted to just tell her off and leave. I will do that the next time interviewers are rude. She was just on a power trip the whole time and has an attitude problem. She herself needs therapy instead of working with therapy animals.
The first interview was over Zoom with the hiring managers and Human Resources. The second Interview with Zoom with CEO & some members from the board committee. The interviews felt more like a chitchat session with them.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are your experiences with animals? Are you willing to relearn and learn things? Tell me what you know about Animal-assisted interventions. How would you describe how a typical AAL session would look like with a horse/dog? Do you like bubble tea?

2 rounds of interview. First round is a one hour interview and a impromptu written test. They asked some psychological questions and questions to assess on your skills and abilities. Second round is with the CEO.
