Entretien
Was initially contacted by the recruitment consultant that I apples for the job through. They let me know that I would have a telephone interview with Epsilon. The telephone interview was very short and consisted of simple questions such as what my current employment status was and what I was looking to do in the future. The next step was an initial interview whereby I went to the the Office and was interviewed by a member of HR as well as a manager who was based in Singapore through Skype. This interview again was simple and was personality related whilst also asking some questions about the role and how my experiences would be of use to the role. Finally I had a second interview which consisted of the same HR member plus two employees who I would supposedly work with if I were to be successful. This interview again was very basic and simply wanted to know how I was adaptable to the role. A week later I was told by the recruitment consultancy that the company had decided to fill the position directly themselves. Highly unprofessional. Would advise people based on my experience to avoid this company.
