Epitec was incredibly responsive and communicated well. The interview was was laid back and comfortable and the interviewer made an effort to be relatable and create a relaxing atmosphere. My first interview with HR was on Dec. 30th. They called me on Jan. 5th and told me that they needed me to fill out a corporate application (not sure how it differed from a regular application) as well as send them my college transcripts. The job posting on indeed was explicit in saying that I needed to be a college graduate and to have had a GPA of 3.0 or higher so I was not surprised when they asked for my transcripts. On Jan. 6, they called me back to schedule a second interview on Jan. 7th with the recruitment manager. The second interview was even easier than the first, just asking general questions about my resume and job experience as well as discussing my job responsibilities. The interviewer was awesome and, like the first interviewer, made an effort for the interview to be relaxed and fun. She was happy to tell me that she was impressed with my college success and how I was able to manage my time during my college career. It was nice to know that she was not uncomfortable with giving compliments to her interviewees. At the end of the second interview they told me they’d contact me next week after they had a chance to talk about the interview. However, I was contacted 30 minutes after my interview with an offer. By the next day they sent me a contract to sign. When I had general questions about the contract, they were very responsive and emailed me back quickly, even during their off hours. Overall the interview process was one of the quickest and most efficient I’ve ever experienced. They definitely set a precedent for any job interviews I have in the future

Applied for job. First there was a virtual interview and then set up second round interview with an account manager/trainer. Was pretty straightforward and relaxed. Got an email few days later saying I was chosen for the job and will get a call to extend the offer. Never heard back from them. After doing so research though, sounded like questionable company. Sounds like lot of turnover. Takes advantage of people by saying they don’t require previous experience so they will hire variety of people just to let them go in a few months whether you do good or not
