Overall the process started off pleasantly. I heard back shortly after applying online. Started with a couple phone interviews, some emails then an in-person interview over the course of a few weeks. However after all that, I never heard back even after a couple follow-ups. It was disappointing after all the back and forth to not even get a confirmation if the role was already filled.

I applied online and was contacted for an assessment. The task was a simple request to correct a slide for grammar, typos, etc. Then I was scheduled for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview went smoothly and seemed promising. About 3-4 weeks later, I was contacted for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was rescheduled a few times because multiple employees were meant to join but I was flexible. I went to the interview which was with two company leaders who asked questions. It was friendly and direct as they're trying to get to know you and your experience. Then I was asked to fill out an application before I left.
However, after the interview, I never heard back from anyone I came in contact with. I followed up and was disappointed to receive no response. It seems disrespectful to not respond at all after making a potential candidate go through the entire process.
