I went through 3 rounds of interviews, all with people that work within PIRG, not necessarily Environment Texas. The first two were alright and pretty standard "here's the job, how do you think you would handle that?", a lot of questions about whether or not you can handle working with people you disagree with. The third interview is a little ridiculous, its rapid fire questions (maybe 35 of them?) that in my opinion require pretty nuanced answers, and then you can expand on your answers after the rapid fire if you can remember everything you wanted to say. Worst interview style ever actually, and lots of focus on making sure that you know you will be underpaid and making sure you would be grateful for it
