The overall process was good. Was interviewed by VP, Insights and was asked basic questions. Then I was interviewed by 2 Insights Directors, and was asked general questions about the role and why I wanted to join the company. I was also asked share the a case study, where all the data was shared. I was given 2 days to share the ppt. After sharing the ppt, there was silence for a week. When asked for the status, a week later, I was rejected. Overall, it was a good experience and would have appreciated if feedback was given.

The Overall process was not fair. I first interviewed with VP, Insights who asked general questions followed by second round with two Directors, Insights who went through my resume and asked me why I want to join the company etc and I was given the assignment to be completed in 24 hours, I spent my entire Friday night and Saturday to complete the assignment and then sent it back. After sending the assignment I never received a reply from their team, moreover, even after following up with their entire team who interviewed me, no one replied. This is a very bad way how they treat prospective employees and the candidates, at least we deserve a reply, worst I can think of is they are using this interview process to complete their own assignments in short deadlines. To the future candidates applying for this position, clear with your interviewer that you will get a reply, this company don’t seems to respect your work and time, I am glad that I experienced this before joining a company with such a bad work culture.
