There were 2 tests before the actual interview.First was a hackerearth test and then a Cognitive assesment by 'Predictive Index'. There were 50 questions and 12 mins to complete.After the interview is done person just said I'm not cleared.Feels like they are finding a way to reject a profile with the cognitive test.
