I declined after the initial call. They have a very metric-heavy "good ol' boys" approach to sales, and essentially stated they wanted arrogant candidates, which is a little contradictory to their mission.

A few rounds of interviews done all virtually. The first was a phone call and the second was by zoom. They had a quick offer process and moved fairly efficiently.
