I had an interview via an internal referral. The interview was average, standard interview questions such as "Why Entrust?". The hiring manager was friendly and the interview was more conversational than some other interviews I have had. Had some technical questions which were a little more difficult to answer as the hiring manager had misinterpreted some experience I had on my CV (both our faults) which ultimately lost me the job. I do not blame Entrust for the rejection, but how they delivered the news was extremely unprofessional and I advise anyone wanting to work for this company to strongly consider its hiring practices before they make the decision to apply. Entrust themselves did not deliver the news of rejection, they instead tasked the person who referred me (who is a friend) to give me the news instead. I have had zero contact from Entrust officially informing me of the rejection so I assume they consider it "done" by asking my referee to inform me.
