Applied online first and received no feedback. A few months later I applied via employee referral. Received a call from HR stating that the manager of the team I applied to would like to proceed with the interview and when I was available for the next steps. This happened right before Xmas so no calls back. I expected the process to pick up again in the new year. In January, I noticed that the jobs were reposted on LinkedIn so I contacted the hiring manager directly and asked if he could confirm whether my application was rejected or why I was not called back. The hiring manager read my message and did not respond. The position is still available after more than 6 months.
