After applying online in mid-December, I was contacted by the in-house recruiter who invited to complete a HireVue digital interview which consisted of 4 or 5 questions (including presenting a short training on any topic of your choosing) that you have to video record your answers to.
I followed up with the recruiter after the holidays (early January) and was invited to move forward to the next round (an interview with two supervisors). I sent a thank you email. No response.
I waited a little over a week and had to follow up again. In response, I was selected to move to the next round (mock training with 4 interviewers present). I sent another thank you email. No response.
I waited almost a week and followed up again with the in-house recruiter, who sent me the standard rejection email.
Overall, I didn't really approve of their interview process. I had to be the one to follow up during the entire process. I felt that if I didn't, I'd never hear from them.
Everyone I interacted with seemed to be genuinely friendly. With that being said, I would've appreciated a more personal rejection instead of the generic response. I was a little insulted and miffed, to be honest - especially after all of the manual labor I did on my end to follow up and create those two presentations.
