You answer a series of question with either a supervizor or the branch manager. Most of the questions are pretty easy and you should have nothing to worry about. if you have 3 or more tickets on your record I wouldnt even apply. If you pass the interview process you will have a background check. Then if you clear you will go to corperate for orentation
